In December 2025, a German-grey, Ferris wheel-shaped multi-level parking facility officially opened on Binjiang Street in Daowai District, Harbin, becoming a new urban landmark. This is Jiuroad Parking's first vertically circulating integrated parking and charging system in Northeast China. It combines multi-level parking with ultra-fast charging technology, utilizing only 35 square meters of land to provide parking and charging for 18 vehicles, increasing land utilization by over 800% compared to traditional surface charging stations.
This automated parking system is equipped with Jiuroad Parking's latest "fifth-generation" core technology, boasting three major highlights:
High-efficiency and stable storage and retrieval: Utilizing a DRMT dual-rotation transmission system and incorporating nano-level meshing tooth plate technology, storage and retrieval time is reduced to 46 seconds, and operating noise is reduced by 60%;
Intelligent fast charging matrix: Charging power can be dynamically adjusted between 60-360kW, and a 10-minute fast charge can replenish approximately 200 kilometers of range;
Comprehensive safety protection: Integrating five layers of security measures, including BMS battery monitoring and a multi-dimensional fire prevention system, the equipment failure rate is less than 0.1%.

Industry Significance
Zhuo Changfu, Vice Chairman of Jiuroad Parking, stated that this project marks the transformation of automated parking systems from "simple parking" to "parking + energy services." The same technology, which was previously exhibited at the 2025 Harbin Trade Fair, has already secured international orders from Germany, Singapore, and other countries, and will be promoted in Harbin's Central Avenue and other core areas across the country in the future.
