The "integrated charging and parking" demonstration project of Harbin Investment Group, jointly built by Jiuroad Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Harbin Anbo, has been officially completed and put into operation. This project innovatively integrates a dual-track model of "three-dimensional charging + ground charging," constructing a highly efficient, resilient, reliable, and cold-weather-adaptable urban energy replenishment network. The ground fast charging system adopts a self-developed solution of two 600kW fully flexible split-type DC charging piles (10 outputs per pile), capable of providing rapid charging services for 20 new energy vehicles simultaneously. Of particular note is the integration of independently developed extreme cold environment adaptability technology into the entire system. It maintains stable and efficient operation even in temperatures as low as -30℃, overcoming the technical challenges of stable operation of charging facilities in high-latitude regions and demonstrating strong technological resilience and engineering capabilities. Jiuroad Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is currently comprehensively expanding its production capacity and upgrading its manufacturing processes to enhance its charging facility delivery capabilities.

Since its inception, the project has received high attention from governments at all levels in Heilongjiang Province and Harbin City.
