All-in-One "Storage + Charging" Architecture: This machine integrates a high-density Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery bank and a 7kW AC charging controller into a single mobile chassis. It acts as an independent micro-grid, capable of storing energy from the grid or solar panels and discharging it to an EV at 7kW—the standard speed for residential and workplace charging—whenever and wherever needed.
Emergency Rescue & Roadside Recovery: The unit is specifically designed for mobile intervention. If an EV runs out of power in a remote location, this Mobile EV Power Bank can provide enough range (approximately 30–40 km per hour of charging) to reach the nearest permanent station. Its portable design with heavy-duty wheels and an ergonomic handle ensures it can be deployed quickly by a single operator.
Dual-Mode Charging (On-Grid & Off-Grid): The machine is highly adaptable. In Off-Grid Mode, it uses its internal battery to charge vehicles. In On-Grid Mode, it can be plugged into a standard outlet to charge its internal storage while simultaneously passing through power to a connected vehicle. This "Buffer" function is ideal for locations with limited grid capacity, as it reduces peak demand on the local circuit.
Intelligent Battery Management System (BMS): Safety is our priority. The integrated BMS provides military-grade protection, monitoring cell temperature, voltage, and current in real-time. It features tenfold safety protection, including over-charge, over-discharge, and short-circuit prevention, ensuring the internal storage remains stable even during high-intensity discharge cycles in extreme climates (-20°C to +50°C).
Smart Interaction & Real-Time Monitoring: Equipped with a high-brightness LED display, the unit provides clear data on the internal battery’s State of Charge (SOC), remaining charging time, and current output power. It supports smart connectivity, allowing operators to monitor the unit’s health and location via a mobile app, making it an essential tool for managed roadside assistance fleets.
